Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 large chicken breasts (bone in and skin on)
3 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 cans Campbell Cream of Chicken Soup
water to cover

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium pot add chicken breast and cover with water. Boil chicken for 30 minutes or until done. Remove chicken from the liquid reserving for later. Pull chicken off bone and discard skin. I use skin on and bone in to add more flavor, even though I know it is bad for you. Once you have the chicken off the bone, chop to bite size. In a bowl mix the two cans of cream of chicken soup and two cans of the reserved cooking liquid, adding water if nessary, set aside. Next layer stuffing mix on bottom of casserole dish, layer with chicken, then soup mixture. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
