1 pkg. of medium frozen cooked shrimp ( 24 oz.)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup green onions
3 tbsp. flour
1 can chicken broth
1 bottle of clam juice
Drops of tabasco sauce
1 quart half and half
half stick of butter
parmesan
1 cup of Sherry
salt, pepper, garlic salt, parsley,nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables with butter in heavy pot, add flour for rue. Cook until tender. Add chicken broth, clam juice, seasoning, sherry, shrimp and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add half and half. Place small amounts in blender or use stick blender and puree til smooth. Top with parsley and parmesan.
