Brussels sprouts (about 2 lbs.)
2-3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp minced garlic
Onion powder
Lemon pepper
Season-All salt

Directions:
Unless the sprouts are small, cut them in half so they cook more thoroughly. Make sure to cut them through the stalk so they stay together. Add cooking oil and sprouts to large pan. Use enough oil to coat pan and sprouts. Mix in minced garlic and other spices to taste. Lemon pepper is the key ingredient so make sure to use that liberally. Fry on medium heat and flip them over so they are browned on both sides.
