1 bag of fresh broccoli
1 cup cheddar cheese
Small pkg. of Mexican Velveeta
1/2 stick of butter
1 can of chicken broth
Small pkg. of shredded carrots
3 stalks of celery - chopped
3 green onions - chopped
2 tbsp. of flour
1 quart half and half
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, parsley, lemon pepper,

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped vegetables in heavy pot with butter and saute til translucent. Sprinkle flour over veggies to make rue. Pour in chicken stock and stir. Place broccoli in microwave for 4 minutes to cook. Chop into small pieces and place in pot. Simmer for 20 minutes, then add half and half and cheese. Add spices and stir til cooked through.
