Meatballs
2 lbs. ground chuck/round beef or chicken
1 lb. ground pork
16 oz. goat cheese or 8 ounce cream cheese or ricotta.
2 eggs
splash of milk
4 chopped green onions
1/3 cup bread crumbs
parsley, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon pepper, teriyaki, worcestershire. ( to taste)

Orange Glaze
1/4 orange juice, zest, parsley, brown sugar, jalapeno, chopped green onion, 3 pats of butter,12 oz. orange marmalade..

Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients for meatballs in a large mixing bowl. Mix together and form into balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Put ingredients for glaze in small saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. Pour over meatballs and simmer in crock pot for 2 hours.
