1 lb. ground beef
1 packet of taco seasoning
4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
12 jumbo pasta shells, cooked as directed, tossed with butter after draining
1/8 c. butter, melted
1 c. salsa
1 c. taco sauce (Taco Bell)
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
chopped green onions
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Prepare taco meat according to the directions on the packet, drain. Add cream cheese, simmer and stir until melted. Transfer to bowl to cool.

Fill each shell with 3 T. of meat mixture. Spoon salsa onto bottom of greased pan. Top with shells and taco sauce.

Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheeses and chips, bake 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with onions, serve with sour cream.

I use just Salsa or Picante sauce and I increase the meat mixture to thoroughly stuff the shells.
