1 1/2 lb ham
1 lb soup beans
2 c celery, diced
1/2 c onion, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 t parsley
1/2 c potatoes, diced
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans over night in water to cover. In morning, drain off the water, add fresh water and cook until almost soft. Skim fat from broth and add remaining ingredients. Cook until potatoes are soft. Serve at once.
