Eggs
Dill pickles (spears or chips)
Onions
Miracle Whip
Salt and pepper

Directions:

Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Boil until tender but not mushy. Drain. Hard boil eggs. Peel and slice. Dice dill pickles and onions. Put potatoes, eggs, pickles and onions in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in enough Miracle Whip so that everything is combined and creamy. Serve and enjoy! NOTE: To make about 4 servings, start with about 6 cups of potatoes (prior to boiling), 4 eggs, 3 or 4 dill spears or a small handful of dill chips, and a medium sized onion.

Mom made some of the best potato salad. It tasted so good when served with baked beans and fried chicken.
