Good way to get kids to eat carrots, you don't know they are there. Can use fresh carrots just cook until soft, Makes a lot, I have made it for 5 years for our Parent Advisory Counsel special individuals picnics never any left. Adults bring dishes to take some home if any is left. Extra can be frozen!
