2 C. Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 C. Rhubarb
2 tbsp.Cornstarch
1 C. Sugar
Cobbler
1 C. Flour
2 tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 C. Butter
1 egg (beaten slightly)
1/4 c milk
Cinnamon to sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
Combine strawberries, rhubarb, cornstarch and sugar. Cook uncovered until thickened 10 minutes on high.
Cobbler: Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut in butter. Mixing in egg and milk with a fork just enough to blend. Drop by tablespoons onto cooked fruit while its hot and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook uncovered 15 minutes on low. Turn once. Serve warm
