3 1/2 C. Flour
1 C. Rice Flour
1 C. Sugar
1 lb. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flours, sugar and butter and with a pastry cutter mix until forms together. I have used my Kitchen Aid mixer with the paddle attachment and mixed it that way.
Pat into jelly roll pan and take a fork and run across the surface with a fork then go the opposite direction this looks good after it bakes. Bake at 310-315 degrees for 55 minutes. After 30 minutes turn the dish around and bake 25 minutes more or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes then cut in desired pieces. Store in a cool dry place.
