Ingredients:
1 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Corn Syrup (light)
1 C. Peanuts (raw)
1 tsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar & syrup in a 1 1/2 quart microwave dish and cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir in peanuts. Cook 3-5 minutes until looks light brown usually 3 minutes. (depends on the power of your microwave) Add baking soda, stir until foamy. I use a large jelly roll pan ( a cookie sheet also works) which I have buttered very well. Let cool. Hit with the back of a spoon to break up. Soak dish that you used to cook syrup in and all the brittle will dissolve. Do this after the dish has cooled some.
