Cake:
Spice cake mix
Ingredients on box to make cake
Apple slices
Sugar
Cinnamon

Frosting:
3/4 c sugar
1 egg white
1 grated apple
Directions:
Directions:
Pare and slice apples. Cover bottom of 9 x 13 greased pan with apple slices. Sprinkle Sugar and cinnamon over apples.

Mix cake mix according to directions. Pour over apples, cinnamon and sugar. Bake length of time listed on box. Check to make sure cake is done by poking toothpick in it and checking to see if it comes out dry. Cool.

Beat egg white to stiff than add sugar and apples and beat until thick.

Cut cake and flip over so apples are on top then add frosting on top of slices of cake.
