1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 t. cream of tarter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Filling:
1 package (14 oz.) coconut
1 can condensed milk
2 t. vanilla
Frosting:
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 T. butter
1 c. minature marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, cocoa, cream of tarter; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread half of mixture into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Combine coconut, condensed milk and vanilla. Carefully spread over chocolate layer. Top with remaining chocolate mixture. Bake at 350* for 40 - 45 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack.
Frosting:
Combine sugar, milk and butter in saucepan. Cook until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until marshmallows and chips are melted. Cool until spreading consistency (about 25 minutes). Spread over cooled brownies.
