8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
Base:
1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. water
1 1/2 oz. chocolate
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 t. soda
1 package chocolate chips (6 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and sugar. Mix well. Add egg; mix well. Set aside.
Combine margarine, water and chocolate in saucepan; bring to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in combined flour and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, soda and salt. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over chocolate base. Cut through batter with a knife several times for marble effect. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 375* for 25 - 30 minutes.
