6 T. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 t. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to mixture slowly. Stir in pecans. Shape into a roll in saran. Refrigerate or freeze. Slice and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 10 - 12 minutes.
