2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 pkg Louis Kempf Crab flakes or other brand imitation crab flakes
2 T finely chopped green onions
1/2 c bottled horseradish sauce
1/2 c sliced sliced almonds

Directions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth (1-2 minutes). Blend in remaining ingredients except almonds and paprika. Spread mixture in 9 inch pie plate. Top with almonds and sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm with assorted crackers or vegetables.

or - instead of baking it, you can just heat it in a small crock pot - takes about an hour to heat through. Reserve enough almonds and paprika to sprinkle on top just before serving.
