1/2 c. shortening
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. honey
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix shortening, peanut butter and honey. Add eggs; mix well. Combine dry ingredients; add to peanut butter mixture and mix well. Roll into 1" balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped in flour. Bake at 350* for 8 - 10 minutes.
