.5 c. corn meal
2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. butter
.5 c. molasses
1 tbsp. salt
5 tsp. dry yeast
.5 c. warm water
7 or 8 c. white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn meal and boiling water. Add next 3 ingredients. Cool to lukewarm. Sprinkle yeast into warm water. Let stand until dissolved. Stir in corn meal mixture. Add flour. Let rise 1 more hour. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes.
