1 8 oz. package cream cheese, soft
2 T. chopped onion
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
16 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 teaspoon. salt
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl.

Lay out a piece of wax paper. Lay 1/2 pecans out on wax paper. Spoon mixture on pecans and make in the shape of a ball. Put the rest of pecans around the ball. Put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Serve with crackers.
