1 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 t. lemon extract
1 egg
3 T. applesauce
2 1/4 c. flour
1 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 t. nutmeg
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. nut meats
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar and lemon extract. Beat in egg and applesauce and stir. Add flour, spices, soda and salt, combine well. Add oats, nuts, raisins and dates. Drop onto greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350*.
