1 whole chicken, cooked
4 boxes long-grain & wild-rice ("Farmhouse" brand preferred)
2 cans French-cut green beans
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
2 cans cream-of-celery soup
mayonnaise (enough to moisten – 1 c. approximately)
salt & pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
While rice is cooking, remove skin from chicken & dice meat into cubes.
Drain liquid from green beans & water chestnuts.
Once rice is cooked, combine all ingredients.
Turn into casserole dish & cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
