1/3 C. Margarine
1 tbsp. Hot Water
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
! tsp. Vanilla
1 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 C. Nuts (chopped)
3/4 C. Zucchini (shredded)
1/4 C. Butterscotch or Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine. Add hot water and brown sugar and beat. Add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Pour into greased 9x9 pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
