Directions:
Make sure water temperature is 120º.
In large mixing bowl add first four ingredients.
In a smaller bowl add the yeast, sugar, and 1/2 cup water. Let rise.
Pour the yeast bowl into the large mixing bowl. Stir then add in 2 beaten eggs.
Start adding flour 2 cups at a time until a nice firm but spongy dough forms. Should take around 9 cups of flour. Be careful not to make dough stiff. Work with hands in bowl after 8 cups. Knead the dough really well about 5 minutes. Always pull your dough towards you get the air bubbles out of it. Grease the dough, place in the bowl and cover bowl and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down dough and roll out 1/2 of the dough onto floured table to about 1/4 inch thick. Spread butter all over the dough. Sprinkle brown sugar all over the dough, top it off with cinnamon sprinkled over entire thing.

Roll the dough up into long jelly roll. Squeeze the ends together and cut into 1 inch wide rolls and place into pans on top of caramel mixture.

Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Repeat with remaining dough.

Bake 350º oven until brown on top. Approximately 15-20 minutes.
Turn out onto tin foil. Let sit until cool before wrapping up.
