1 package "pork" flavored Top Ramen
1 - 15 oz. can black beans
3/4 c. red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley

DRESSING
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. wine vinegar (red or white)
1/4 c. olive oil
Top Ramen seasoning packet

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse black beans with cold water.
Break up Top Ramen noodles & cook in water for 3 minutes.
Rinse cooked noodles with cold water & combine with all remaining salad ingredients.
Combine dressing ingredients & add to salad when ready to serve.
