6 Eggs
1 c. Milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 c. chopped Green Onions
5 Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 to 1 1/2 shredded Hash Browns
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Fold in thawed hash browns. Pour into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with green onion, bacon, and cheese. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Try your own favorites of sausage and cheese or ham and cheese. Add a tomato, red bell pepper, this can get creative.
