4 bone-in chicken breasts (I usually split in half for quicker cooking)
1 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a shallow pan, combine bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, garlic salt and pepper. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter, then roll them in crumb mixture to coat (I press the crumbs into chicken to make sure chicken is evenly coated).

Spray bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Arrange chicken skin side up in the pan and drizzle with any remaining butter. Bake uncovered for about 1.5 hours until chicken is no longer pink when slashed.
