3/4 c raw brown rice or barley, cooked
1/2 c dry beans, cooked
1 T butter
2 c onion slices
2 eggs. beaten
1 c milk
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1 t salt
1 t tarragon
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
While the beans and rice are cooking, saute onion in butter. Set aside. Beat the milk into the eggs; stir in remaining ingredients. Then fold in the rice and beans. Put on 10-inch pie plate. Bake at 325 º for 25- 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
