5 lbs potatoes (peeled)
1/2 cup sour cream
250 gms of cream cheese (8 oz)
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
- Boil potatoes and drain

- Mash while mixing in sour cream, cream cheese, butter, and salts

- Put potatoes into a casserole dish and top with approx. 1 tbsp. of butter and sprinkle with paprika

- Cover and bake in oven at 350º for approximately 45 min to 1 hour
