2 lb. cabbage head or 1 large package of sliced cabbage
1 c. mayo
1 c. chopped cilantro
1 t. minced garlic (I like a little more) (3 t.)
1/4 t. cayenne pepper (I like a little more) (3/4 t.)
1/2 t. salt or to taste
1/2 t. cumin (I like a little more) (2 t.)
2 T. lime juice (I like a little more) (4 T.)

Mix dressing ingredients. Mix with cabbage and serve. It is best if it sits for about an hour.

Linda served this coleslaw at a BBQ at her home and I was hooked! I really don't like regular coleslaw but this recipe is amazing and a nice change for a side dish! I made gallons of this for Taylor's college graduation party, we served it with chicken, cilantro lime rice and Ashley's grill bread. Guests started just making pita sandwiches. That wasn't the plan but it worked great!
