6 hard boiled eggs with the yolks mashed

Bacon Deviled Eggs:
With mashed yolks add: 2 T. mayo, 11/2 t. spicy mustard, 1/2 t. lemon juice, 1 t. relish and 1/2 t. paprika. Fill eggs and top with chopped chives and chopped bacon.

Crunchy Deviled Eggs:
With mashed yolks add: 1/4 c. mayo, 1 t. Dijon mustard, the zest of 1 lemon, 2 t. chopped pickled jalapenos. Season with salt and pepper. Fill eggs and top with canned fried onions and paprika.

Chili-Cheddar Deviled Eggs:
With mashed yolks add: 2 t. chopped chives, 2 t. chopped chipotles in adobo sauce, 2 T. mayo, 2 T sour cream, 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1/4 t. paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Fill eggs and top with more chives.

Ranch Deviled Eggs:
With mashed yolks add: 1 T. mayo, 1 t. Dijon mustard and 1/4 cup ranch dressing. Fill eggs and drizzle with 2 T. of barbecue sauce and top with chopped scallions.
