3 tbsp. Butter
1 C. Brown Sugar (firmly packed)
1 lg can Crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 C. Sugar
1 C. Flour
2 tbsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
4 tbsp. Water
3 Eggs (beaten)
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt sugar and butter in 9x9 pan and add drained pineapple and set aside. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Combine water, eggs and vanilla. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Pour over pineapple. Bake at 350 º for 50 minutes. Let cool and set for a few minutes and invert on a plate
