1 lb pork, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 c bouillon
3 t soy sauce
pepper to taste
2 large green peppers, sliced lengthwise
1 medium onion, sliced lengthwise
4 slices pineapples, cut in chunks
3 T cornstarch
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c pineapple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork. Sprinkle with 1 t soy sauce and pepper, pour on bouillon, and cook very gently, covered for 20 minutes. Add green peppers, onion and pineapple. Allow to cook uncovered for 5 minutes. In the meantime, blend the cornstarch, sugar, vinegar and 2 t soy sauce and syrup. Add to the above. Cook no longer than 5 additional minutes, stirring all the time. Remember that the vegetable must remain crisp. Serve with steaming rice.
