1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cups A/P Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/2 Cup Pecans, Chopped
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Tbs. orange zest

1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
350º oven. Grease and flour bundt pan.
Cream butter and 1 cup sugar. Add eggs and beat, then add sour cream and vanilla. Sift the flour and baking soda together and add to the egg mixture. Blend. Stir in cranberries, orange zest and pecans. Pour into pan and bake for about an hour or until tested done.
Cool while blending the orange juice and l/2 cup sugar. Pour over the cake while still warm.
