2 lbs. loose Italian Hot sausage, cooked and drained
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
2 (1 lb. packages of store bought) pizza dough or large pizza crust dough recipe from bread machine
2 eggs lightly beaten
sesame or poppy seeds if desired

Let dough rise till doubled. Roll out two 12" x 16" rectangles. Brush around edges with egg. Spread sausage on dough. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic salt, mozzarella and parmesan. Roll jelly roll style starting with long side and tucking under edges as you roll. Place on greased baking sheet. Brush top with remaining egg. Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds if desired. Let raise in slightly warm oven with pan of boiled water on bottom of oven. When almost double in size, remove bread and water from oven. preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes or until done.Slice and serve warm or cold.
