1/2 c vegetable shortening ( I prefer Butter Flavor Crisco)
1/2 c butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb box or 4 c powdered sugar
3 - 4 Tbsp milk
Directions:
Directions:
Beat Crisco and margarine until light and fluffy. Add vanilla. Beat in sugar, 1 cup at a time alternately with 1 tablespoon milk until of spreading consistency. Beat until light and fluffy. Will keep in refrigerator for long time.
