Graham Wafers approximately 12 - 24
Apricot Baby Food - 1 large jar (not the small jar)
Whipped Cream - 2 cups
Slivered Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Spread a small amount of whipped cream on the plate to hold the cake up. Mix 1/2 of Apricot mix with 1/2 of the whipping cream. Spread the creamy apricot spread between graham wafers. Stand upright on side. Continue with all the graham wafers to form an elongated "cake". Coat outside of "cake" with whipped cream. Dab remaining apricot on top of whipped cream. Sprinkle with toasted slivered almonds. Put in fridge until the graham wafers have softened (overnight). Slice while cold. Keep refrigerated.
