Tenderloin (beef or pork)
Onion
2 – 3 Tbsp worcestershire
1 Tbsp caraway seeds
5 Tbsp flour
1 – 2 Tbsp soya sauce
1 ½ tsp paprika
3 – 4 cups hot water
**Serve with Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon, remove drippings. Cook onions in remaining bacon drippings. Cook tenderloin in same pan until medium rare. Add remaining ingredients – except water. Stir well for approximately 1 – 2 minutes. Add hot water. Bring to gentle boil and then simmer until meat is ready and sauce has thickened. Stir in sour cream before serving (to taste).
