1 head Cabbage chopped
1 lb Hamburger
1 1/2 cup Uncooked Basmati rice
3 cups Water

Seasoning (salt & pepper)
Curry Powder to taste - 3 Tbsp. or more
Margarine - optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a big pot, boil cabbage (precut it into smaller pieces to make it easier to mash).In another pot, brown the ground beef - add garlic salt or season salt to the beef for flavor. In an additional pot add 1.5 cups rice - with 3 cups water. Bring to boil, Cover and simmer until cooked (10 minutes).
Once cooked, mash the cabbage a bit more, combine beef & rice. Add margarine/butter then add curry powder.
*How much is hard to say - at least 3 tablespoons, but really you have to add it and stir it, and then taste.*
It is always better the next day - so to really do it right...make it then cool it & refrigerate until the next day.
