1 (9") Pie Shell, baked
5 Cups Fresh Peaches, peeled and quartered
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 tbsp. Cornstarch
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
Dash of Salt
1 1/2 Cup Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Toss peaches with brown sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and dash of salt. Turn into baked pie crust. Pour sour cream over fruit. Cover edges with foil. Bake in 400º oven for 25 minutes, or until crust is golden. Serve hot or cold topped with a dollop of whipped cream.
