2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 red bell peppers, diced
2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, rinsed
3 cups frozen corn
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 teaspoons oregano
4 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili
4 cups shredded pulled pork (or shredded chicken)
2 big cans diced tomatoes
8 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper

Toppings:
Corn chips
Sour cream
Grated cheese
Avocado, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a stock pot. Add the pulled pork, and cook for 2 minutes. Add onion and garlic, and cook a while longer. Add other ingredients. Simmer.

Serve with toppings.
