2 medium onions chopped
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 medium bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 ground pork
1 carton dressing mix (frozen foods)
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 Cajun seasoning
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup green onions chopped
2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a large skillet with Pam (or your preferred brand), heat over medium-high heat and add chopped onion, bell pepper and celery, and saute till onions are clear. Add meat and brown. After the meat and vegetables are done add your dressing mix, garlic, green onions and parsley and seasonings. Add enough water to make a loose gravy, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked rice.
