2 lb. round steak cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
1/3 c flour
1 tsp paprika
1/4 c salad oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 c water

2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 cups water
1 cup chopped onions sauted

Crumb Dumplings
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp poppy seeds
1/8 c salad oil
1/2 c milk
1/8 c butter melted
1/2 c bread crumbs

Directions:
Coat steak with flour and paprika. Brown in mixture of oil, salt, and pepper. Add 1 c of water.cover and simmer for 30 min or until tender. Transfer meat to 3 qt casserole or 14x10" pan.
Heat onions and chicken soup in skillet used to brown meat. Blend in additional 1 3/4 c water, bring to a boil stirring constantly. Pour over meat. Top with crumb.dumplings.
Crumb Dumplings. Mix together flour, baking powder, and all other seasonings. Add salad oil and milk. Stir until moistened. Drop by rounded tbsp. of dough into butter, then into bread crumbs coating well. Bake uncovered in 425" oven 20-25 min until deep golden brown.
