Salad
1 lb green beans
10 oz grape tomatoes
3 oz baby spinach, whole leaves
1 sm red onion, thinly sliced
2 cans heart of palm or marinated hearts of palm sliced into 1/2 in slices

Dressing
1 lemon juice of 1/4 c
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T oregeno
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 g Splenda or sugar
feta cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients together, mix dressing ingredients. Toss evverything togther. stand for 1 hr at room temp, top with feta cheese if desired.
