4-6 large chopped Tomatoes
4-6 large eggs
1 large Onion
1/2 stick Butter
1 tbsp minced Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Greek Seasoning (Cavender's)
1 tbsp Oregano leaves
1 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In skillett on medium high, add butter to saute onions then add chopped tomatoes.

While cooking, add garlic, pepper, seasoning, oregano & salt low.

After the above has cooked, reduce to simmer for 15 minutes. Take spoon and make "holes", then drop eggs and leave until eggs yolk is cooked.
