1 lb. Lump Crab Meat
1 Medium Sweet Onion (sliced thinly or chopped)
1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper to taste
4 oz. Vegetable Oil
3 oz. Vinegar
4 oz. Ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Put onions in bowl; add meat, salt, and pepper. Can be layered in small amount. Then oil, vinegar, and ice water in that order, Do not stir. Cover, let set in refrigerator at least 4 hours and toss before serving. Serve on crackers or on Lettuce
