Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into bite sized pieces
1/2 pound smoked pork tasso, diced
2 pounds potatoes, sliced into rounds
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 small onion chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
2 cups water
1 package milk gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oil in large skillet or wok, over medium high heat. Drop in onions and saute till clear. Add meat and brown for about 2 minutes. Add potatoes, garlic and seasonings, brown potatoes stirring occasionally so as not to burn or stick to the pot. Add water and stir till all of the potatoes are off the bottom of the pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Let cook for about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. The potatoes will absorb the water quickly so be sure to check it often.

Serve with the milk gravy over the potatoes.
