1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup Wesson oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
4 large eggs, unbeaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400ºF.
1. Bring water to boil.
2. Reduce heat.
3. Add oil, salt and flour all at once.
4. Stir vigorously till mixture leaves sides of pan and forms balls.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Cool mixture slightly.
7. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
8. Beat hard after each addition till mixture is smooth and glossy.
9. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet, 2" part.
10. Bake 45 minutes till puffs are light and dry.
11. Cool.
