1 1/2 sticks of butter (melted)
1 1/2 c plain flour
1 1/2 c chopped pecans
12 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 c confectioner sugar
14 oz. cool whip
9 oz. cool whip
3 cups milk
2 pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour and pecans. Spread on bottom of buttered 9x13 inch pan. bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 14 oz cool whip on low speed. Layer over crust. Mix pudding and milk until stiff and add on top. Add 9 oz cool whip on top of pudding layer and refrigerate until cool.
