Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 to 3 cups Creamettes macaroni
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp flour
3 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.

While macaroni is cooking, in a 2 quart sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. Once melted, stir in flour. Allow to cook for a few minutes to get rid of the raw taste of the flour but do not let the flour brown. Pour in milk and stir to combine. Add Velveeta cheese and still until melted. Pour cheese sauce over drained and cooked macaroni. Allow to cool a bit before serving to allow sauce to thicken.

If you like a cheesier macaroni, add more cheese to the sauce.

When you combine flour, butter and milk this way, you are making a Béchamel sauce.
